Full Job Description Air & Ocean Export Coordinator Location:

Atlanta, GA Join a Global Leader in Freight Forwarding An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Air & Ocean Export Coordinator to join one of the world's leading freight forwarding and logistics providers. As part of a global organisation recognised as a Top 25 freight forwarder, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless export solutions for customers across a diverse range of industries. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end air & ocean export shipments from booking through to final destination. Liaise with customers, carriers, overseas offices, trucking companies, and customs brokers. Prepare and process export documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions. Arrange bookings with ocean & air carriers and monitor shipment milestones. Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and company operating procedures. Provide proactive shipment updates and resolve any operational issues promptly. Manage customer communication to ensure exceptional service levels. Accurately enter shipment information into the transport management system. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the export operations team. What We're Looking For 2+ years' experience in freight forwarding. Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and export procedures. Experience working with major ocean carriers. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple shipments. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems.
