This role will help our team navigate U.S. Customs regulations, CBP inquiries, and complex entry situations, while providing guidance and practical solutions to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate is someone with strong hands-on brokerage experience who can act as a senior resource when challenging customs issues arise. Ideal for experienced customs professionals seeking a flexible consulting role. Responsibilities

• Advise the team on U.S. Customs regulations and import procedures
• Assist in reviewing and responding to CBP communications
• Support resolution of CF-28, CF-29, exams, holds, and other customs issues
• Provide guidance on HTS classification, documentation, and compliance matters
• Review complex entries and help resolve import clearance issues
• Help improve internal customs compliance processes
• Provide occasional guidance or training to brokerage staff Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in customs brokerage or import operations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import regulations and CBP procedures
• Experience handling CBP inquiries or compliance matters
• Familiar with HTS classification, entry documentation, and customs processes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is a plus but not required.

Pay:
