An active South Carolina broker license is required. Ethos International Real Estate is a real estate brokerage in California with a Zillow Preferred team. We're also a real estate brokerage in Alabama with a Zillow Preferred team. Now we're doing the same thing here in Columbia, South Carolina. Zillow Preferred means brokerage-provided buyer and seller connections routed to our agents every month. As our Broker-in-Charge, you'll hold the license and help us grow our South Carolina brokerage and our Zillow Preferred team. We've done this before. We opened Alabama the same way, with a local broker running the market and our systems and lead flow behind him. This is that seat for South Carolina. This isn't a commission-only role.

BIC experience is a big plus. You've led, managed or coached agents Local to the Midlands, or ready to relocate within South Carolina You take online leads seriously and you'll hold a team to it You want to build something, not just hang a license on a wall We'll go over compensation in detail when we talk.
