Our Logistics team is expanding and looking to add a Customs Specialist. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

To coordinate and support daily U.S. import and export operations and ensure timely customs clearance. Review import/export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BOL, ISF, and customs entry documents. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipment and customs issues. Support HTS classification, duty/tariff review, country of origin, and USMCA qualification. Assist with customs compliance activities, including Section 232/301, Customs Bond, ACE, and other CBP requirements. Support U.S. export documentation and AES/EEI filings. Maintain import/export records and support customs compliance and process improvement. To be a qualified candidate you must have the following: 1-3 years of experience in U.S. import/export, customs, or international logistics preferred Familiar with U.S. Customs procedures, HTS classification, Incoterms, and import/export documentation. Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
