They are seeking an experienced Entry Specialist to join their team in Nashville, TN, full-time, on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented customs professional to advance their career in a supportive environment that emphasizes integrity, learning, and long-term development. As an Entry Specialist, you will own a book of business, process import declarations, and work directly with clients to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.

Responsibilities:

Process import declarations and customs entry documentation accurately and efficiently Classify goods using HTSUS codes and ensure compliance with CBP requirements Calculate transaction values and handle PGA claims in coordination with clients and internal teams Communicate regularly with clients via email to provide updates and resolve import-related issues Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate shipment clearance and movement Maintain precise records of all import transactions and compliance documentation Manage assigned book of business with independence and ownership

Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience processing import entries and understanding CBP requirements Ability to classify goods, calculate dutiable values, and manage customs/PGA requirements Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience working for a customs broker, U.S. importer, or in trade compliance preferred U.S. customs entry writing experience or related import operations knowledge is a plus
