Responsibilities Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes for imported and exported goods, ensuring adherence to all applicable customs regulations and trade compliance standards. Prepare, review, and submit accurate customs documentation using advanced global trade management software and Excel data analysis tools. Monitor freight movements, track shipments, and communicate with carriers, customs authorities, and internal teams to resolve clearance issues promptly. Maintain comprehensive records of customs entries, regulatory reports, and compliance documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory reporting requirements. Conduct risk assessments related to customs procedures, export management, and logistics compliance to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize import/export workflows, improve regulatory compliance management, and enhance overall logistics efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in customs brokerage management, import/export operations, or related roles within logistics or supply chain environments. Strong understanding of international trade regulations. Technical proficiency with global trade management software systems and Excel data analysis tools for report writing and data tracking. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in managing customs documentation and regulatory compliance records. Ability to interpret complex customs regulations and ensure adherence across diverse international shipments. Effective communication skills for liaising with carriers, customs authorities, internal teams, and external partners. Ability to work unsupervised and attention to detail is critical. Must be authorized to work in USA. Familiarity with duty drawback process is a plus.
