You'll prepare the documentation CBP requires to release import shipments. No experience needed — we train in-house — but you have to learn fast and be careful with details. What you'll do: Review shipment documents and key entry data into our ABI system Follow each customer's SOP for how their entries get prepared Flag transactions that don't look routine Obtain CBP and other agency releases Keep customer files, records, and compliance documentation current Work with customs, agents, and support staff to keep shipments moving Answer calls and emails; other duties as assigned What we need: High school diploma or equivalent Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written Solid computer skills Organized, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Works well independently and on a team No felony convictions — customs regulations restrict who a brokerage can employ

Schedule:
