We're expanding our leadership team throughout the DMV and are seeking professionals who are currently in leadership roles within residential real estate brokerages and have firsthand experience leading, recruiting, coaching, and developing real estate agents. Who We're Looking For This opportunity is specifically intended for experienced residential real estate brokerage leaders , such as: Branch Leaders or Branch Managers Managing Brokers or Associate Brokers with leadership responsibilities Sales Managers Recruiting or Agent Growth Leaders Brokerage Training or Agent Development Leaders Other brokerage leaders directly responsible for agent growth, performance, or development Successful candidates understand the unique challenges of leading real estate professionals and know how to build relationships, recruit and retain agents, coach production, create accountability, and foster a strong office culture. What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do Depending on the leadership opportunity, responsibilities may include: Recruit experienced and new real estate agents. Coach and mentor agents to improve production and build sustainable businesses. Develop and retain high-performing agents. Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented office culture. Lead sales meetings, training programs, and professional development initiatives. Drive office growth, market presence, and agent engagement. Contribute to the continued growth and success of one of the nation's fastest-growing real estate organizations. Required Experience Candidates should currently hold, or have recently held, a leadership position with a residential real estate brokerage involving responsibility for agents, recruiting, coaching, sales leadership, training, or brokerage operations. This opportunity is not intended as an entry-level transition into real estate leadership . $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
