This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening processes and controls, and developing a strong accounting team. Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting team and day-to-day accounting operations Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Review financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules Maintain a strong control environment and ensure compliance with company policies and

U.S. GAAP

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and other core accounting functions Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and management reporting Coordinate the annual audit and work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other outside partners Identify and implement process improvements, including enhancements to systems, reporting, and accounting workflows Develop, mentor, and retain accounting team members Partner cross-functionally with operational and business leaders to provide financial guidance and support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA strongly preferred 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and the close process Experience managing and developing accounting staff Prior experience working in a corporate accounting environment Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting leader to make an impact within a collaborative, stable, and well-run organization.
