Director of Finance and Accounting Compensation:
$160,000-$180,000 +

Newly created leadership role with an expanding financial services organization Report to the CEO Initially a standalone role charged with bringing accounting and finance functions in-house Build infrastructure and best practices while owning accounting operations, reporting, systems optimization and financial planning & Analysis. Responsibilities of the
Director of Finance and Accounting:
Oversee the company's accounting and finance functions as well as reporting, business planning and financial controls Analyze financial performance and i dentify cost savings and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency Establish accounting processes and systems Build an internal accounting team as the organization expands
Director of Finance and Accounting Qualifications:
Hands-on leadership experience in a setting that has transitioned from outsourced to in-house accounting and financial operations Preference for candidates coming from an entrepreneurial lending institution Ability to independently balance strategy with day-to-day operations ERP implementation expertise #
