WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle for multiple sites, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, focusing on reducing close time and improving efficiency. Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, filling staffing gaps and ensuring the team functions cohesively and effectively. Partner with senior leadership to offer strategic financial insights, inform decision-making, and drive business growth.
A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field Professional certification, such as CPA (certified public accountant) 7-10 years of experience of professional accounting experience, with expertise in multisite operations and services-based businesses. Extensive experience with NetSuite, including system optimization and utilizing its full financial suite to improve efficiency and reporting. Proven ability to reduce close time and implement process improvements in accounting and financial reporting. Strong leadership experience, capable of managing and developing accounting teams while addressing resource gaps. Solid understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and compliance, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.
