Talento Search Group has an opening for a Director of Accounting in the Viewmont, North Carolina area. This position will oversee all operational Accounting and report directly to the company president. This is a direct hire position, fully onsite position.

Ensure compliance to GAAP for the organization Oversee daily operational accounting to include budgeting, forecasting, month-end/quarterly/yearly closings, production of accurate financial statements/reporting Supervise and develop financial team for corporate accounting, AP, AR functions, auditing, and process improvements Monitoring of daily cash flow and credit applications Work with external firms for tax planning/compliance, insurance related Act as point of contact for any system (ERP) upgrades/optimizations, ad hoc projects, audits, new division/business setups and structuring Education and Experience Proven strong experience in operational accounting Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance ( Master's Degree preferred)

CPA / CMA

highly preferred Strong knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems
