Your qualifications for the Controller position are: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA designation or Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) required 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes Experience with ERP systems, accounting software integrations, and data flow management Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls Highly organized with the ability to manage complex projects from implementation through execution Commercial finance, lending, leasing, or other financial services industry experience preferred Benefits you will receive as the
