Responsibilities Maintain complete, reconciled, and thoroughly reviewed financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies. Respond to accounting and financial information requests from both finance and non-finance stakeholders, communicating findings clearly and efficiently. Manage key components of the month-end and period-end close process, ensuring financial reports are prepared and distributed accurately and on schedule. Review and analyze business transactions, with a particular focus on operating expenses and capital expenditures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field. Minimum of seven years of related accounting experience. MBA and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred. Experience managing people, including reviewing work, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
