full-time Must have experience in Project accounting, preferably in Construction. Operational & Financial Analysis Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Conduct resource utilization and gap analyses to support workforce planning and efficiency Perform quality control reviews of billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and consistency Reporting & Data Management Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards on key metrics (e.g., staffing, productivity, forecast accuracy, attrition, and operating costs) Own and maintain workforce and support datasets across systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility Monitor KPIs and proactively identify anomalies, trends, and data quality issues Process Improvement & Optimization Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation Create process maps, workflows, and documentation for both current and future-state operations Partner with stakeholders to implement process improvements and track impact Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests Review and analyze all project billings with particular scrutiny given to CM projects Audit CM project accounting procedures. Documenting and developing new procedures as needed to ensure accurate accounting practices Serve as the primary contact and liaison between other company office locations (Los Angeles, Hamptons, Miami, etc.) and the accounting department Observe, record and analyze operational findings to identify performance improvement opportunities Auditing subcontractor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness Perform resource utilization and gap analysis Verifying insurance requirements
