Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close processes Lead accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting and drive stronger discipline across the reporting cycle Own the internal and external audit relationship, addressing gaps in past audit performance and building a stronger control environment going forward Direct accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage and develop accounting team members, raising the bar on technical strength and accountability across the department What Gets You the

Job:
