Corporate Controller

What You'll Be Leading As Corporate Controller, you'll oversee all accounting operations while guiding and developing a growing accounting team. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in operational and financial success across the organization.

You'll:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Oversee consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities Build structure, accountability, and consistency within the accounting team Mentor and develop staff while creating a strong team culture Improve and standardize accounting workflows and controls Partner with operational leaders to improve project accounting and reporting Lead accounting integration efforts for acquisitions and new entities Serve as the key contact for auditors, tax partners, and executive leadership Leadership & Team Development We're specifically looking for someone who: Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump into the details Builds trust and accountability within a team Coaches, develops, and elevates employees Creates organized, scalable processes that help teams succeed Brings a calm, solutions-focused leadership style to a fast-moving environment This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys balancing strategy, mentorship, and hands-on execution.

What You'll Bring Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Strong experience in project-based or percentage-of-completion accounting Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience leading accounting operations in a multi-entity environment Proven success improving close processes and financial accuracy

Preferred:
