If you're ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you. What you'll do: Own the accounting oversight for a high-transaction, acquisitive environment. Assist the VP with the preparation of periodic filings for quarterly and annual requirements, registration statements, and financial statements. Work with the external public accountants in planning and executing audits and reviews. Lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and policies while ensuring requisite system changes are completed in a timely manner to support future requirements. Act as a strategic leader on a high-performing, collaborative accounting team.
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required. CPA required. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry. Strong technical accounting skills in GAAP. Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Possesses a high level of critical thinking. Prior management experience required. Experience with acquisitions in a private-equity environment. Why work here?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $165,000 to $180,000 per year plus bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
