Job Description
In this vital role, you'll oversee comprehensive financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. This hybrid position, with the flexibility of remote work two days per week, is based in our growing U.S. headquarters in Louisville, KY. The recipient of this role will critically influence month-end closings, cash flow forecasts, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial initiatives. You'll liaise across functions—partnering with operations, engineering, and executive teams—to enhance financial transparency for projects and capital investments. Key responsibilities include leading the financial close processes, crafting financial statements and reports, steering cash flow forecasting, and ensuring adherence to tax and regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will drive process improvements and financial systems automation. We're seeking someone with a robust background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership capabilities, and a talent for cross-department collaboration.
