Job Description

Company Overview E&E Co., Ltd. (dba. JLA Home) is a globally integrated provider of comprehensive product and brand solutions within the home furnishings marketplace. We specialize in managing a diverse portfolio of national and private brands, committed to creating authentic lifestyles and delivering high-quality offerings. Our company values innovation, dedication, and growth, providing excellent opportunities for talented professionals to advance their careers worldwide. Job Summary E&E Co. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and commercially driven Director of Amazon Account Management to own our entire Amazon relationship end to end. This is not a traditional account management role — it is a high-impact commercial leadership position with full P&L accountability across both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) channels. You will lead a dedicated Amazon team of 7, report directly to the EVP, and be responsible for top-line revenue growth, contribution margin, retail media strategy, annual vendor negotiations, and operational compliance. If you have deep hands-on Amazon ownership experience, a sharp analytical mind, and the confidence to present a clear channel strategy to the executive team while managing chargeback disputes at the ASIN level — this role was built for you. Core Duties & Responsibilities Total Amazon P&L Ownership — Own shipped and ordered revenue, Net PPM on 1P, and true contribution margin on 3P after FBA fulfillment, referral, storage, returns, and advertising costs; deliver a bottoms-up ASIN-level forecast and margin plan reconciled with Finance and Supply Chain with monthly re-forecasting and clear variance narratives. 1P & 3P Channel Strategy — Determine at the ASIN and sub-category level what belongs in Vendor Central (1P) versus Seller Central (3P) versus Direct Fulfillment based on margin, velocity, price control, and inventory risk; manage channel migration sequencing to protect Buy Box continuity, ranking, and Subscribe & eligibility. Vendor Central (1P) Management — Lead annual vendor negotiations on cost, terms, co-op, accruals, and freight allowances; own PO health, fill rate, ASN accuracy, and replenishment; drive down chargebacks, shortage claims, and deductions as a percentage of shipped COGS through root-cause discipline and a structured dispute cadence. Seller Central (3P) Management — Own FBA replenishment and placement strategy, inventory health and IPI, aged-inventory and storage surcharge avoidance, removals, reimbursements, and returns reconciliation; maintain catalog and listing integrity including titles, bullets, A+ Content, imagery, variation families, and backend attributes; manage Brand Registry, MAP policy enforcement, and removal of unauthorized sellers. Retail Media & Content — Own the full-funnel media plan including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP; manage to blended TACoS and contribution margin targets; lead agency and internal resource direction; plan and execute Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and seasonal peak events end to end. Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development — Hire, coach, and develop the Amazon pod; serve as the internal translator converting Amazon's requirements into clear asks for Supply Chain, Finance, Product Development, and Legal; represent the account at the executive level with candid risk and growth narratives. Work Location & Travel Requirements This position is open to candidates located anywhere within the United States (Remote or Hybrid). However, regular travel to our Fremont, CA headquarters, Seattle, WA, and New York, NY is required as part of this role. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to these locations as needed.
