This position is in Region 9, Air & Radiation Division, Planning & Analysis Branch.

In addition to the basic entry education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below: To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time

• specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as making decisions or recommendations to change, interpret, or expand State, tribal, local, and/or EPA programs, based on Clean Air Act (CAA) laws, regulations, programs and/or policies; and coaching, mentoring, or leading others.

You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Decision Making Environmental Laws and Regulations

• Program/Project Management/Evaluation
• Oral Communication Managing Employees Organizational Awareness Stakeholder Management
• You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
