Following rapid U.S. growth, WIG US is building a local finance function in Dallas to support operational scale, financial discipline, and close alignment with the UK-based CFO and Group Finance team. The Opportunity The Director of Finance, WIG US will be the senior local finance lead for the U.S. business, responsible for establishing and running core finance operations while partnering closely with leadership in Dallas and the UK. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a finance professional who can combine technical accounting strength, operational discipline, and commercial partnering in a growing infrastructure business.

• Own and improve U.S. finance operations across payroll, cash, banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, capital expenditure reporting, cash-flow forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting packs for U.S. and Group leadership.
• Lead coordination with external tax advisers, auditors, banks, payroll providers, and other professional advisers.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations, strong controls, timely reporting, and practical compliance with relevant U.S. requirements.
• Support the CFO and Group Financial Controller in identifying key UK GAAP and

differences and developing a path toward

financial statement production.

• Partner with operations leaders to improve financial understanding, budget ownership, forecasting discipline, and cash collection performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to finance systems, reporting processes, controls, and integration of operational changes.
• Provide practical, hands-on support to the WIG US President, CFO, and Group Finance team as the U.S. finance function grows. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally including exposure to a growing or multi-jurisdiction business.
• Advanced Excel capability and comfort working with finance systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean, growing organization.
• CPA qualification and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle are preferred but not required.
