Job Overview:

We are a growing CPA & Advisor firm seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Management Level CPA to join our team. In this role, you will oversee client portfolios, lead and mentor a dedicated team of accounting professionals, work directly with senior management and shareholders and be a part of the firm's strategic direction. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in tax (assurance is a plus), exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active CPA license is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience , with at least 2 years in supervisory or management capacity.
• Proficiency with accounting/tax software and Office 365.

Pay:

$32.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 - 48.0 per week
