- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors by greeting customers, assessing their needs, directing them to the appropriate resources or staff member 35%
- Provide general information regarding Financial Aid Office services. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused environment. 15%
- Office Support Perform general office support duties including scanning, data entry, monitoring office supplies, and maintaining organized workspaces. Ensure documents are handled accurately and confidentially. Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with students and campus departments 10%
- Team and Event Support Assist with office projects, student outreach activities, orientations, workshops, and other campus events. 5%
