DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
When you join our cosmetology school as our Financial Aid Leader, you are the guide and problem-solver behind every student's financial journey. Each day, you interpret and apply federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations while creating a seamless, student-focused experience. You prepare and manage all grant and loan documentation, counsel Future Professionals and their families on eligibility and options, and ensure compliance through regular file inspections. As you support admissions and daily operations, you also lead with integrity-handling sensitive financial information with care while staying organized, meeting deadlines, and keeping your team focused and aligned in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role required Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask and coach others Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Solid work history with verifiable references Passion for the beauty industry Honesty and professionalism Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.
