Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated entry level Treasury Analyst to join a growing corporate finance team in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is ideal for an accounting or finance detail oriented with 1-3 years of hands-on treasury, cash management, banking operations, or corporate finance experience who is looking to grow their career within a stable corporate environment. The selected candidate will support daily treasury functions, cash management activities, and banking relationships while gaining exposure to broader financial operations. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and liquidity management. Monitor bank accounts and assist with daily cash transactions and reconciliations. Prepare treasury reports and analyze cash flow activity to support business decision-making. Assist with wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other banking activities. Maintain banking relationships and respond to internal inquiries regarding treasury-related matters. Support month-end and quarter-end treasury reporting processes. Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate recording of cash activity. Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and operational efficiency. Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of treasury, cash management, banking operations, corporate finance, or related experience required. Experience working in a corporate office environment. Understanding of cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations. Strong Excel skills, including reporting, formulas, and data analysis. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to analyze financial information and solve problems effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and online banking platforms is a plus.
