Job Description
Management Training Opportunity - Used Car Dealership SKCO Automotive is looking for a sharp, motivated, and highly organized individual to join our dealership in a hands-on Sales & Finance Coordinator role. We are not necessarily looking for an experienced Sales Manager. We are looking for the right person who is intelligent, dependable, comfortable with customers and computers, and capable of learning how to manage the day-to-day sales and financing process of a busy used car dealership. We will train the right candidate in dealership sales management, deal structuring, financing, paperwork, lead management, and daily sales operations. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day dealership sales operations Work directly with customers throughout the sales process Structure vehicle sales deals Submit credit applications and work with lenders to obtain financing Learn lender programs, approvals, stipulations, and funding requirements Prepare and complete sales and finance paperwork accurately Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, and previous customers Prospect for new sales opportunities Monitor incoming leads and ensure customers receive timely follow-up Help manage daily showroom traffic and customer flow Work with sales staff to move deals from initial contact through delivery Maintain accurate customer and deal information in dealership systems Follow up on pending deals, financing requirements, and missing documents Assist management with daily sales reporting and dealership operations Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Sharp, organized, and able to learn quickly Strong with computers and comfortable learning new software Good with numbers and basic financial calculations Confident communicating with customers Able to handle multiple deals and customers at the same time Detail-oriented with paperwork Persistent with follow-up and prospecting Dependable and willing to take responsibility Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Interested in developing into a dealership management position Automotive sales, banking, lending, finance, insurance, customer service, or dealership experience is helpful, but management experience is not required . We are willing to teach the dealership side of the business to the right person. Opportunity for Advancement This position is designed for someone who wants more than a traditional salesperson role. The right candidate will learn sales management, automotive financing, deal structuring, lender relations, dealership paperwork, CRM management, and overall sales operations. There is significant opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager / Finance Manager role based on performance and ability.
