Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED; w/minimum 3-5- years experience in Accounting/Finance, current enrollment towards accounting degree OR Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn additional software used by business.
Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. The position of Grants Financial Coordinator is charged with providing accounting and financial support to Finance leadership. Job duties will consist of collecting organizational data, monitoring, and tracking program expenses for Grant Management and Finance leadership. These duties will require analyst to be educated on the compliance requirements of each grant/program. Analyst must have basic bookkeeping/finance education or experience along with good communication skills in order to effectively communicate organizational performance improvements. Special projects may be assigned by the Vice President of Finance, including preparation of reports to external agencies and Arcare's leadership. The Budget Analyst reports directly to and is evaluated by the Director of Finance & AP. In addition, may also be required to coordinate efforts and submit reports to the Chief Financial Officer and other members of Grant management.

Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
