Job Overview Location:

Conway, AR (Supporting Nebraska Operations) Home Instead is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Finance Coordinator to oversee the financial operations for our Nebraska offices. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, payroll, accounts receivable, Medicaid compliance, financial reporting, and operational support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about improving processes while delivering exceptional service to internal teams. What You'll Do As the Regional Finance Coordinator, you will: Manage Nebraska Medicaid, VA, Private Pay, and other billing processes Process payroll accurately and on schedule Oversee accounts receivable and payment posting Resolve billing denials and payment discrepancies Process Medicaid and VA authorizations Maintain provider credentialing and licensing requirements Prepare operational and financial reports for leadership Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with scheduling, operations, and leadership teams Assist with Medicaid audits and compliance reviews Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in healthcare billing, payroll, accounting, or business operations Medicaid billing experience Leadership or supervisory experience Experience with WellSky, Netsmart, EVV, or similar healthcare software What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Pays close attention to detail Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines Enjoys improving processes Works independently while collaborating effectively with others Maintains confidentiality and professionalism Takes ownership and follows through on commitments Why Join Home Instead?
