Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through insightful financial evaluation and reporting. This position is based in Mesa, Arizona, and will play a key role in interpreting business performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, advanced modeling capability, and the ability to translate complex data into clear financial insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast outcomes, and support planning initiatives.
- Examine operating results and budget performance to identify variances, explain trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct in-depth financial reviews and ad hoc analysis to help leadership assess risks, opportunities, and investment decisions.
- Gather, organize, and interpret large data sets using analytical techniques that improve reporting accuracy and business insight.
- Prepare clear financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
- Partner with operational and business teams to understand key drivers, refine assumptions, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Monitor financial metrics and performance indicators to highlight areas requiring attention and support continuous improvement efforts.
