full-time A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role blends FP&A, financial reporting, and hands-on accounting while partnering closely with finance and operational leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare finance and FP&A experience, can contribute quickly, and has the potential to grow into a Finance Manager-level role. What You'll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Build financial models and perform variance and profitability analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive financial reporting Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations Support P&L management and strategic decision-making Assist with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close Partner closely with finance and operational leadership Improve financial processes, reporting, and data accuracy What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7-10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience Healthcare finance experience required Strong FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting Experience with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities Preferred CPA or CFA 2-3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Hospital, health system, clinic, or provider organization experience
