Type:
full-time seeking a Financial Analyst III to join its lean and highly collaborative finance team. This individual will serve as a key business partner supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, accounting operations, and strategic decision-making. This role combines traditional FP&A responsibilities with hands-on accounting and operational finance support. The team is specifically seeking someone who can contribute immediately while also demonstrating the leadership potential to eventually move into a Finance Manager-level position.
Position Responsibilities:
Position Duties FP&A & Strategic Finance Lead and support annual budgeting activities Develop rolling forecasts and long-range financial projections Build and maintain financial models Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance Support P&L management and profitability analysis Prepare executive and management reporting packages Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly financial reporting Develop quarterly reporting and payout schedules Perform operational and financial performance analysis Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance Create ad hoc financial and operational analyses as needed Accounting & Operational Finance Assist with AP processing and AP cleanup initiatives Prepare and analyze accruals Support month-end close activities Perform bank reconciliations Perform balance sheet reconciliations Ensure reporting accuracy and financial data integrity Business Partnership Partner closely with the CFO, Finance Manager, and operational leadership Collaborate across departments to improve processes and reporting Support strategic initiatives and organizational growth Serve as a trusted finance partner to business stakeholders
