Job Description

Job Title:

Financial Analyst (Media/Entertainment)

Onsite Location:

New York, NY 10036 (Onsite)

Contract Duration:

9 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)

Pay Range:

$55/hr. - $60/hr. Key Responsibilities Manage financial forecasting, budget tracking, invoice reporting, and expense reconciliation for the marketing department. Maintain and consolidate large budget spreadsheets, financial trackers, and forecasting documents. Prepare budget snapshots, expense reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for senior leadership and Finance teams. Track marketing expenses and invoices and update budgets to reflect actual spending. Support monthly and quarterly expense reconciliation and ensure financial reports are submitted accurately and on time. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4-5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar financial role. Experience with invoice tracking, expense reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation. Nice-to-Have Skills SQL experience for querying and extracting expense data from backend tables. Experience with Tableau or other advanced dashboard/reporting tools. Experience with digital subscription services and/or e-commerce. Familiarity with expense management software.
