A growing manufacturing organization in Encinitas is adding an Accounting Analyst to its Finance & Accounting team. This position sits between traditional accounting and financial operations, giving you exposure to reconciliations, reporting, inventory, month-end close, and process improvement.

You won't simply be entering transactions all day. You'll be expected to investigate discrepancies, identify trends, and help the team make its accounting processes cleaner and more efficient.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY
