THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION

(NOT REMOTE). We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst/Underwriter (Market Rate AND Affordable Housing brokerage side critical, acquisitions or debt side a plus) to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in analyzing real estate investments and providing valuable insights to support our Sales Advisors in representing Multifamily property owners.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate financial performance of real estate assets both Market Rate & Affordable Utilize financial acumen and multifamily property and debt analysis experience to interpret and present data effectively. Transform complex underwriting analyses and Excel models into polished, presentation-ready charts, tables, and graphics for use in offering memoranda and other marketing materials. Experience with AI-enabled design, data-visualization, or presentation tools is critical. Ability to manage multiple underwriting projects simultaneously while remaining flexible when priorities change. Consistently collect, organize, and maintain up-to-date data related to real estate investments

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: 3+ years' experience valuating both Market Rate and Affordable Housing Multifamily properties Strong mathematical and Excel skills, ability to use and further incorporate additional AI tools is a priority Proficiency in quantitative research techniques Familiarity with underwriting processes from the brokerage side Solid financial acumen and understanding of financial concepts Ability to collect and analyze data to support informed decision-making Joining our team as a skilled Senior Multifamily Analyst offers an exciting opportunity to work in our dynamic and fast-paced environment where your analytical skills will be valued and further developed.
