Job Summary The individual in this position is responsible for the efficient set-up, implementation, training & maintenance of customer relationships as well as providing exemplary customer service to existing customers as needed. Additionally the individual will be involved in all phases of customer services and back-office operational workflow within Treasury Management. This individual will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve Treasury Management related business issues/problems quickly in a professional manner. Essential Job Responsibilities This individual will have overall responsibility for assisting client sales support, including but not limited to; implementation, training, internal client support, billing, maintaining of Treasury Management reporting for new sales, fee income growth, waivers, and rate exceptions. Ensure accurate information is conveyed to all clients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Manage external and internal client support calls and work with Treasury Management Team to assist as needed. Responsible for various assigned daily, weekly, monthly exception reports pertaining to Treasury Management products and functions and resolving as necessary. This individual will assist with ACH and RDC annual reviews, monitoring for renewal dates and providing renewal recommendations based on historical activity. Prepare maintenance requests upon renewal and maintenance of files. Will be responsible for scheduling, execution and documentation of periodic security review for all remote deposit customers. Participate with the monitoring of Velocity exceptions, obtain override approvals, clearing of velocity, and participate in rotation of late Friday coverage. Process Account Analysis maintenance submitted from branches for assigned territory. Responsible for the entering of service charge items through Account Analysis or hard charge from monthly billings, may include remote deposit and lockbox activity. Prepare Treasury Management Department monthly GL certifications. Facilitate Contractor Retention Accounts, including processing of deposits and withdrawals. Other duties as assigned, including assistance with audit of files or scanning. Education & Skills Required Education and Experience Required a minimum of 6 years' experience in Bank Operations, Treasury Management experience a plus. Must be experienced with the following but not limited to: Banking systems, Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Higher level Business, Math or Accounting coursework.
