As an Investment Intern in Robinhood Ventures you will be a core part of our lean team. You will research, evaluate, and support investments across the Robinhood Ventures platform, with a focus on late-stage investments. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.   • You'll research markets and sectors that you believe we should be paying attention to, and then identify the key companies in them that Robinhood Ventures needs to meet. Investment evaluation
  • You'll be a key part of the deal team for investments we evaluate. You'll own core diligence workstreams like the financial model, competitive analysis, and help shape investment theses. Platform building
  • You'll work with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and more to help build experiences in the Robinhood app to further differentiate Robinhood Ventures for both retail investors and portfolio companies.
What you bring Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or finance at a high-growth company, with fluency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research; late-stage investing or venture capital experience is a plus Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and the private companies driving them — you proactively form opinions on key trends and companies An existing network in the startup ecosystem, or the drive to build one, that can help Robinhood Ventures identify and connect with promising companies Proven ability to work independently in lean, high-output environments, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams What we offer Market competitive compensation structure Quarterly lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not Time away including company holidays, paid time off, and sick time Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
