Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Analyst to support core cash management and banking operations for a fast-paced organization in Menlo Park, California. This is a Long-term Contract position focused on maintaining liquidity visibility, coordinating banking activity, and delivering accurate reporting that supports sound financial decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong treasury operations knowledge, comfort working across banking platforms, and a detail-oriented approach to controls, documentation, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily corporate cash positions and help maintain clear visibility into available liquidity across accounts.
  • Coordinate bank account administration, including account setup, closure, and related compliance documentation.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc cash reports, including forecast updates that support short- and medium-term planning.
  • Execute treasury transactions such as wire activity, internal fund movements, debt-related payments, and investment actions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support administration of treasury tools and online banking systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Uphold treasury policies and internal controls while assisting with audit support for periodic reviews and year-end requirements.
  • Review banking charges on a regular basis, identify trends, and help document opportunities for cost control.
  • Prepare and maintain process records and close-related documentation to support operational consistency and compliance.
  • Contribute to additional treasury initiatives and operational priorities as business needs evolve.
