Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our growing Pokémon and trading card business. This role will focus on accurately entering, maintaining, and analyzing inventory and sales data across Excel and eBay. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and familiar with Pokémon cards, graded cards, certification numbers, and the eBay platform . Knowledge of the Pokémon TCG and collectible card market is strongly preferred, as accuracy when identifying cards, sets, variations, and grading information is an important part of this position. Responsibilities Enter and maintain Pokémon and other TCG inventory data in Excel spreadsheets Accurately record card information including card names, sets, card numbers, grades, certification numbers, quantities, and other listing details Organize and maintain data for both raw and professionally graded cards Work with existing spreadsheet data to track, verify, update, and reconcile inventory and listing information Pull and cross-reference information from eBay listings, sold items, orders, and other eBay data Create, update, and review eBay listings for accuracy Navigate the eBay seller interface and assist with listing and inventory management Verify certification numbers and grading information when applicable Identify discrepancies, missing information, duplicate entries, or incorrect data and correct them as needed Use Excel to sort, filter, organize, and analyze large amounts of card and sales data Maintain a high level of accuracy when working with valuable collectibles Assist with reporting and other data-related projects as needed Qualifications Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with eBay and the eBay seller interface General knowledge of Pokémon cards and the Pokémon TCG Familiarity with graded trading cards and certification numbers, particularly PSA, is preferred Ability to recognize different Pokémon sets, card numbers, rarities, variations, and grading information Comfortable researching and cross-referencing information when data is incomplete Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks and large datasets Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Pokémon TCG or other collectible trading card games eBay listing and inventory management PSA or other third-party grading companies Trading card consignment Collectibles inventory management Excel formulas, filters, sorting, lookups, and data validation High-volume data entry or e-commerce operations
Pay:
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
