What You'll Do:

Calculate patient copays and out-of-pocket portions Submit insurance claims Post insurance checks, payments, and adjustments accurately Review and audit patient ledgers for accuracy Follow up on outstanding patient balances Assist with billing, account questions, and payment arrangements Maintain accurate financial notes and documentation in patient accounts Work closely with the front office and clinical team to keep accounts up to date Help ensure patients receive clear and accurate information regarding their financial responsibility
