Prepare detailed financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Interpret complex financial statements and provide clear insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Perform data analysis using Excel data analysis tools and financial software to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Support regulatory reporting requirements by ensuring adherence to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and other compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business intelligence initiatives, pricing strategies, investment analyses, and profit & loss assessments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred. Proven experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or financial analysis roles with a focus on financial statement preparation and interpretation. Strong knowledge of

IFRS, GAAP, SOX

compliance, and technical accounting standards. Demonstrated expertise in financial model development, financial forecasting analysis, and business intelligence tools. Proficiency in financial reporting software, Excel data analysis functions, and accounting systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
