Job Description

Anisa Henry is partnered with a growing wealth management firm is seeking its first dedicated Financial Analyst to support advisors across the full financial planning lifecycle. This individual will play a key role in helping deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment-related insights by gathering and analyzing data, conducting research, preparing financial plans, and supporting ongoing client initiatives.

Working closely with a collaborative team of experienced professionals, the Financial Analyst will gain broad exposure to financial planning, investment analysis, and wealth management while contributing to a high-touch client experience. The firm is committed to employee development and provides a supportive environment for continued learning and professional growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning SupportSchedule client meetings and assist with gathering financial information for planning purposes.

Enter, maintain, and update client data within financial planning software and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.

Support advisors in preparing, updating, and reviewing financial plans in advance of client meetings.

Document client interactions, action items, and planning progress within the firm's CRM system.

Maintain organized, accurate, and secure client records and documentation.

Analysis & ResearchConduct research on investment strategies, market trends, economic developments, and financial planning topics.

Analyze portfolio holdings, asset allocation, and performance data to identify insights relevant to client planning needs.

Research client-specific planning questions, including retirement planning, tax considerations, and wealth transfer strategies, and summarize findings for advisors.

Prepare research reports, presentations, and supporting materials for advisor and client meetings.

Monitor market, economic, and regulatory developments and communicate relevant findings to the planning team.

Assist with special projects related to financial planning, investment management, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Manage multiple planning projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Communicate professionally and effectively with advisors, clients, and internal team members.

Provide ongoing support to advisors and the broader financial planning team as needed.
