As the first dedicated Financial Planning Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the function while working directly with experienced advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional passionate about personal finance, markets, and investment research. You'll gain broad exposure across financial planning, portfolio analysis, and client strategy, with strong mentorship, licensing support, and a clear path toward senior planning or advisory roles. Responsibilities + Support advisors in preparing and updating comprehensive financial plans + Gather and analyze client financial information + Conduct investment, market, and economic research + Analyze portfolios, asset allocation, and performance + Research client-specific planning questions and prepare recommendations + Prepare materials and analysis for advisor and client meetings + Maintain accurate client data within planning software and CRM systems + Monitor market and regulatory developments + Support special projects across financial planning and investments For fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn. Requirements + 1-2 years of wealth management experience + Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field + Strong interest in financial planning, markets, and investment research + Strong analytical and quantitative skills + Willingness to pursue securities licensing within the first 6-12 months + Highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn + Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Interested or even just curious?
