Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join a hotel industry team in Broomfield, Colorado on a Long-term Contract basis. This role will focus on turning financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support planning, performance tracking, and leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to communicate results clearly to both finance leaders and business partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage routine reporting activities across weekly, monthly, and forecasting cycles to ensure timely and accurate financial visibility.
  • Update and enhance profit and loss reporting, leadership dashboards, regional performance summaries, and materials used by executives.
  • Examine financial outcomes and operating indicators to uncover patterns, explain results, and highlight potential risks or improvement areas.
  • Translate complex data into concise commentary that clarifies variances, business performance, and underlying drivers.
  • Create effective presentations and reporting packages for FP&A leadership discussions and stakeholder meetings.
  • Perform ad hoc financial reviews to support business questions, planning needs, and emerging priorities.
  • Use data analysis and modeling techniques to improve forecast accuracy and strengthen performance insights.
