Job Description

Description A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP& A to join its finance team. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis initiatives across a multi-site healthcare operation. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to partner with operational leaders to provide meaningful financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

+ Support the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning efforts.

+ Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.

+ Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

+ Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

+ Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

+ Perform variance analysis and assist with month-end and year-end financial review processes.

+ Support profitability analysis, business case development, and other strategic projects.

+ Assist with improving reporting processes, data accuracy, and financial planning tools.

+ Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Requirements Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. + 3+ years of progressive experience in FP& A, finance, or accounting.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.

+ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

+ Ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across multiple departments.

+ Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, or similar financial planning and ERP systems is preferred.

+ Healthcare industry experience preferred.

+ MBA and/or CPA preferred. Software & Systems
