Senior Financial Analyst Salary:
$105,000 – $120,000 Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and providing business insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of partnering with leaders across multiple departments to drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business initiatives Perform monthly variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership Analyze trends, KPIs, and operational performance metrics Support long-range planning and strategic financial initiatives Partner with department leaders to evaluate financial results and identify opportunities for improvement Assist with month-end close and management reporting activities Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses Improve reporting processes, dashboards, and financial tools Support business cases, capital investments, and profitability analyses Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related function Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to effectively present financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA designation preferred Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools Experience supporting operational leaders and business units Strong understanding of financial statements and key business drivers #LI-DB2 #
