  • Department of Medicine Internal Medicine | Academic Primary Care | Hartford, Connecticut Hartford HealthCare (HHC) , Connecticut's most comprehensive integrated health system, is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our Adult Primary Care Clinic as an Attending Faculty Physician with leadership responsibilities .
This is a unique opportunity to combine academic medicine, resident teaching, and primary care within a thriving, multi-provider clinic located adjacent to Hartford Hospital , one of the largest academic and surgical hospitals in the Northeast. Position Overview Outpatient Internal Medicine
  • Primary Care Active Resident Teaching within the University of Connecticut residency program Full-time schedule typically includes: 8 half-day clinic sessions per week Dedicated academic time Patient follow-ups and care coordination Approximately 5 weekends per year of inpatient coverage Opportunity for a formal leadership role within the residency program Shape the Future of Academic Medicine and Ambulatory Care This is more than a clinical role—it is a launchpad for physician leaders who want to build, innovate, and make a lasting impact.
