full-time Description Obtains claims data from third party claim administrators, brokers and the company's own risk management information system, analyzes for accuracy, and reports results and trends. Supports Month-end and Quarter-end close activities by preparing analytical reports. Performs variance analysis to identify key drivers and communicates findings to management. Develops, maintains, and automates financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs using business intelligence and data visualization tools. Identifies opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and analytics solutions. Assists in preparing for internal and external audits. Assists in non-routine/ad hoc analyses as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business analytics, or a related analytical role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, and financial modeling. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle or other data visualization and analytics tools to analyze data. Experience analyzing large datasets. Experience in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, or similar tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
