Asset Manager Associate GLC Group - 4.0 Delray Beach, FL Job Details Full-time 5 days ago Qualifications Teamwork Underwriting Bachelor's degree Real Estate Negotiation Full Job Description GLC Executive Search is partnering with a highly respected real estate investment firm in Boca Raton that is looking to add an Associate, Asset Management to its growing real estate debt platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative investment team managing a multi-billion-dollar commercial real estate debt portfolio. The role offers broad exposure to asset management, underwriting, portfolio analytics, loan restructurings, and special situations across a diverse range of institutional-quality investments. What You'll Do Monitor and actively manage a portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments . Build financial models, perform cash flow analysis, and support investment decisions. Analyze collateral performance, identify credit risks, and prepare asset-level recommendations. Assist with loan modifications, restructurings, workouts, and borrower negotiations. Review construction draws, funding requests, covenant compliance, and loan performance. Partner with acquisitions, legal, finance, and external stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, asset management, underwriting, investment banking, or credit analysis. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. Excellent analytical and communication abilities. Experience with Argus, CoStar, Capital IQ, or similar industry software is a plus. Master's degree in Real Estate or Finance is preferred.
