Position Overview We are seeking a fully certified CFA® with at least 5 years of trading and investment experience to join our growing multi-family office. This is a hands-on, analytical role working closely with advisors and firm leadership to support portfolio management, trading execution, investment research, and long-term client strategy. The ideal candidate values depth over volume, precision over production quotas, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a collaborative, client-focused setting. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys intellectual rigor, accountability, and having a direct impact on portfolio outcomes. Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor investment models and client portfolios Execute and support trading activity, including rebalancing and tactical adjustments Conduct in-depth investment research and due diligence across equities, fixed income, and alternative strategies Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, and ongoing portfolio oversight for high-net-worth clients Partner closely with advisors to develop customized, long-term investment strategies Prepare clear, concise investment analysis and recommendations for internal review and client discussions Monitor market conditions, economic trends, and portfolio risk, proactively identifying opportunities and concerns Assist with investment policy statements (IPS), performance evaluation, and rebalancing strategies Contribute to internal investment discussions and firm-level strategic decisions Uphold CFA Institute standards, regulatory requirements, and the firm's fiduciary responsibilities at all times Qualifications / Education CFA® Charter holder (required) FINRA Licenses (preferred) Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trading, portfolio management, or investment analysis Strong analytical and quantitative skill set with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar client relationship management systems preferred Ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly and concisely Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmen Proficient in
